"Setup the BOM & Routing according to the customer requisitions. Draft the documents for the producing, including the drawing for internal process and out sourcing and the artwork gerbfiles. ECN/ECR maintenance. Establish the inspection work instruction according to some customer’s especial requirment. Making the manufacture smoothly with sincerely communication with departments internal. Monitor the samples’ manufacture process ,trouble shooting and solve the kinds of problems. Submit PPAP files and IMDS as required by customer.Etc." 4.Lead the APQP team to gates review in accordance with planned arrangements. 5.Join the GK（Gamba Kaizen）team, make efforts for the special improving subjects..

Responsibility: follow up the manufacture from beginning to end according to the engineering dates from the design engineers.◆Analyze the files of the products from the clients and confirm the details with the customers;◆Use the software AutoCAD to Set up the best penalization; cooperate with the CAM engineers in making the gerbfiles.◆Generate standard tools drawing. ◆Draft the documents for the producing, including the flow tables, the BOM, the tables for analysis of the quality. etc.◆Monitor/Tracing the samples’ manufacture process◆Call in NPI meeting with prepared data and documents.◆Updating the design/Documents per production’s correct suggestions.
