Account Coordinator
CurrentAccount Coordinator charged with managing all non-business development processes and activities with clients, prospects and internal Media Departments. Responsible for Customer Relations Management (CRM) tool input as well as effectively communicating with Account Executives regarding all client interaction. Acts as a point of contact for various high level issues that any of the other coordinators may need assistance with. Customer Facing/Account Management: Perform order clarification and follow up, ensuring that advertising product and service sales are fulfilled to the customers’ satisfaction; Monitor and service existing accounts through service calls and follow up. Also, very efficient with Salesforce.com Process Improvement: Read and interpret policy, process documentation and methods and procedures, providing suggestions for improvement. Leadership/Business Development: Prospect new business while guiding the Account Team in applying effective prospecting and up-selling strategy, developing positive relationships with clients. Internal Collaboration: Work with production and creative services teams in order to ensure client needs and requirements for advertisement production are met. Accept telephone calls for classified advertisements and document information; open and distribute incoming mail; prepare sales projections, contracts and post sale reports. Also responsible for running various reports, as well as, analyzing those reports for the Account Executives and/or clients use.
