During my time at the Turning Stone Casino Bingo Hall, I started out as a cashier and was able to quickly advance through training and became a supervisor. As a Supervisor, it was my responsibility to manage 50 to 100 employees. In my role, there were many responsibilities including managing 1500 guests, handling in excess of $50,000 in cash, along with scheduling, payroll, interviews, and other supervisor duties.

Worked as a cashier and stocker in several stores on Main street. Trained at the Confectionery in all of the food areas. Assisted with checking out guests as a part of this I would take care of bagging and/or boxing guest packages, so they could have a magical day.Checking, building, and washing/caring for costumes for the cast members of Magic Kingdom was another role I was trained on during my internship.During the internship, I also received my Disney certification in corporate communications and organizational leadership.

Cash guests out, ask about enrolling in the rewards program if they did not have one. Inquire if they would like to try for a Toys R Us credit card also if a purchase had a protection plan try and get them to purchase the protection plan.Clean and stock front end. Help reface end caps in the front end area if asked. Do re-shops and zone the store when on a closing shift.Was employee of the month.
