Serve as IT Team Lead/IT Programmer Analyst Supervisor to provide hardware, software, network, and user support: Direct and supervise IT Liaison Team: Assign, review, and guide daily activities providing desktop support to 200 customers, service requests including end user requirements and equipment needs, software installations, SharePoint page updates, network and VPN access, general support and troubleshooting, progress meetings, status reports.Prepare, distribute, or condemn desktop and mobile equipment, imaging, installation, coordinate schedules, documentation, and justification. Prepare, test, and coordinate system upgrades. Follow procurement procedures to purchase and renew required software and hardware.ArcGIS ADA Project Data Compliance Manager: Maintain and edit geodatabase, domains, and metadata, QA/QC, data review, training, and documentation.Lead annual Fixed Asset Inventory: Collect, verify, authorize, witness, and organize tangible equipment inventory data.Responsible for ArcGIS Online Building Data Model: Manage data collection and development of mapping application, ongoing data updates.Serve on Geospatial Data Governance Team: developing policy, standards, and procedures. Classify systems for Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Develop IT Governance: Review audit and responses, prepare implementation plan based on the Control Objectives for Information and related Technology (COBIT) model.Manage contracts: Responsible for work orders, contract budgets, monitoring of deliverables and reporting.Provide Geographic Information System (GIS) desktop support, administer GIS data.Serve on MDOT SHA Northbound Vision Zero Committee developing context driven action plan to improve safety on Maryland roadways.Prepare system documentation, test plans, scope statements, and other deliverables. Oversee database backup and system recovery, emergency maintenance on applications and programs.
