In this role, I collaborated with the Board to advocate for the industry's interests and raise awareness about its contributions to public health and property protection.I also serve as the Vice-State Political Affairs Representative(SPAR) for the Washington State Pest Management Association. Through our advocacy efforts, we work to shape legislation and policies that support the industry and safeguard public health.Diversity and inclusivity are important values to me, and I actively participate in committees focused on recruiting and supporting veterans in the industry, as well as promoting diversity and equal opportunities for all professionals.To further enhance my leadership skills and industry knowledge, I have completed the Executive Leadership Program and am in the current Leadership Launch Class offered by the National Pest Management Association. This program provided me with valuable insights and strategies to effectively lead and advocate for PestStop and the industry as a whole.Education and public outreach are integral parts of my role as CEO and Pest Control Specialist. I frequently deliver talks on pest control topics to community groups and homeowners associations, aiming to educate the public on the importance of pest management and the most effective approaches to addressing pest issues.With a commitment to innovation, I hold a drone pilot license, allowing me to leverage cutting-edge technology for pest control operations.
