Responsible for a large portfolio of litigated claims spanning an array of policy types, including but not limited to:- Directors & Officers (D&O)- Professional Indemnity (PI)- Management Liability- Employment Practices Liability- Cyber Risk- Commercial CrimePreparing comprehensive indemnity advice on a daily basis. Managing relationships with brokers, external panel lawyers and Insureds in an effort to resolve claims promptly

Employed on a professional indemnity team within the firm's insurance division. Acting on behalf of local and international insurers on claims involving a wide range of professions. My work involved exposure to the following financial lines policies- directors and officers liability- financial institutions - fidelity/ crime- employment practices liability- management liabilityI was involved large scale litigious matters and also provided coverage advice for complex claims

I was admitted as part of the firm's graduate program.During this time I gained exposure to the following practice areas:- government - litigation and dispute resolution- insurance- corporate/commercial

- legal research - drafting court documents- collating briefs- file management - instructing counsel at hearings and/or in conference, - court appearances

- Compiling news stories suitable for consumption by a national audience- Responsible for the production and direction of television news bulletins.
