As a private practice consultant, I leverage my business and IT skills to provide innovative solutions for the telecommunications industry, especially in the area of mobile financial services (MFS) products. I have over 3.5 years of experience as a head of distribution at Ecobank Rwanda, where I was in charge of digital products and sales strategies, and network footprint growth.I also have a strong background in operations management, customer service, sales, business development, and strategic planning, which I acquired from my previous roles at Airtel Rwanda, where I held various positions from sales representative to corporate manager. I am passionate about creating value for customers and stakeholders, and empowering teams to achieve excellence. I hold a Bachelor of Business and Information Communications and Technology BBICT from Mount Kenya, with a focus on business and information technology.
