- A senior member/domain owner of R&D product team working on the new product called NewLogiwa WMS, which is designed in line with company’s vision for prospective customers in the United States of America and Europe.- Participation in common Scrum rituals/events, including daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint refinements and retrospectives to iteratively release new features, improvements or fixes based on the plan from the product roadmap.- Managing the end-to-end SDLC processes iteratively of the new/existing features within the owned domains.+ Eliciting functional and non-functional requirements and preparing flow diagrams, ERD diagrams, function trees and CRUD matrix using Confluence to convey details during the analysis phase.+ Liaison with UI/UX team for the preparation of mock-ups and prototypes using Adobe XD during the design phase. + Supervising the developers to ensure that they code accurately in the backend/frontend side for development phase. + Guiding the QA team on how to test features, improvements or fixes by organizing the unit, stress, monkey and integration testing sessions based on the prepared scenarios.+ Managing the deployment/release process collaboratively with the developers and finalizing the release notes in advance. - Presenting demos to the prospective customers from USA and the onboarding team to keep their knowledge fresh. - Supervising content specialists in preparing and updating the user manuals for the released features.- Coordinating communication between the company and the support teams from the partners such as WalkMe, ShipStation and Amazon to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.

- Managing BSH's Data Modelling Project, a big data application, by performing planning, organizing, directing and controlling tasks as well as,+ To rewrite the underperforming stored procedures to enhance performance.+ To modify the database tables to normalize the current structure to be able to provide increases in the performance.+ Creating and regularly updating an elaborate project plan in line with the requirements and change requests using MS Project and organizing internal and external shareholders/sources.+ Compiling all the project-related documentation in both Turkish and English throughout the project.+ Holding and moderating weekly project meetings in which project status and requested change requests are evaluated.- Serving as Senior Business Analyst for the FieldPie Turk Telekom implementation project called MOSS in parallel that was managed in waterflow approach and the responsibilities undertaken were;+ Uncovering all the functional and non-functional requirements by delving into the current business process of the customer. + Directly designing mock-ups and stereotypes that are designed based on the customer’s requirements for both android mobile app and the cloud platform by taking into material design principles using Balsamiq 3.

- Managing the steps of SDLC processes for both existing and new projects in which knowledge of waterfall and scrumapproaches are required based on type across India, Middle East and Africa (IMEA) by fulfilling the following tasks: + Gathering the functional and non-functional requirements along with diagrams in BRDs for analysis.+ Creating UI/UX mockups, SDDs for design using several tools including Balsamiq 3 and MockPlus.+ Providing specifications and guiding developers to be able to get alligned for development phase.+ Organizing unit, stress, full-cycle tests in QA, UAT and SIT environments to test the aftermath of developments. + Scheduling the transitions of all elements including web&win services and applications for deployment phase. + Providing comprehensive backup support for deployed applications in web, client and mobile projects.- Communicating with the outsource software partners to manage developments and ensure smooth transitions.- Designing the interlayer integrations and organizing the developments of the elements including win services coded in C#, interfaces, monolitic services and intermediary applications through involved projects.- Writing control scripts&functions in Java and T-SQL with the purpose of obviating unwanted transactions in backend.
