• Supporting the production teams for solution of any technical problems during mass production• Technically supporting the sales, after sales and quality teams during the field operations• Managing the commissioning of derivative products after the main concept• Defining and managing the configuration of derivative products• To carry out proposal and feasibility studies in order to present to the customer• Within the scope of sales, making customer analysis and segmentation of customers• Working for sales and marketing strategies• Making domestic and international market analysis• Achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota for assigned company product lines.• Building up long-lasting relationships with existing customers and develop new customers to ensure long-term business growth• Reporting sales result, business progress, market feedback, competitor information, and key action plans to management in regular basis.• Conducting sales presentations / new product trainings to customers

• Realizing the sales of polymer and rubber raw materials,• To make regular visits to existing and potential customers,• To find new products and customers by doing market research,• Making and reporting product trials&tests at production site,• To follow the sales budget targets and to provide collection management.
