Developed a unique multiple adjustment method for emerging countries based on risk and growth, directly influencing the deal value.- Constructed the PPA project for Getir's FreshDirect acquisition in the USA, assessing the value of goodwill and intangible assets such as customer relationships, brand, and developed technology. - Developed Nef's, the leading real estate development company in Turkey, valuation project. Created tailor-made models for six construction projects (housing and hotels) in Turkey, the USA, and Germany from scratch.- Conducted a leading solar and wind energy company's, with an installed capacity of more than 1,000 MW, valuation project for an undisclosed acquisition by a portfolio firm.
