Current• Preparing and following the project schedule• Following developments in battery cell technologies and assisting with battery pack design• Carrying out feasibility studies and directing design studies by considering Ford production standards, factory facility equipment constraints and quality metrics in product design studies.• Generating investment budgets and making projects ready for management approval• Directing the equipment design by coordinating with the facility design team in the light of the information coming from the battery design process.• Establishment of process flows, process descriptions, and production systems according to new technologies• Following the commissioning of the vehicle in the production area after the design phases• Project follow-up according to GPDS and LQOS standards in new model commissioning processes
