As a Proposal Engineer I created compelling proposals that outline Exmar’s services to potential clients. I collaborated with various teams to understand client needs, design solutions, estimate costs, and address potential risks. Designed hardware to support production and testing of Ring Rescue’s prototype ring cutting device using CAD software, rapid prototyping, and production design. Created assembly documentation and technical drawings to support local and external machine shops manufacture parts. Drafted and fabricated a calibration bench for the ring cutting device that would be used to calibrate the devices before distribution. Created technical drawing of assembly parts with complex geometries. Fabricated multiple testing apparatuses to evaluate the ring cutter prototype. Sourced parts for calibration bench and other projects using online resources such as McMaster-Carr.
