Draw up a pending fitment pipeline on weekly / monthly bases from CRM system to using Excel, Send the pending fitments to the relevant parties for rebooking’s on fitment centers and Branches, assist all fitment centers and Branches with reaching clients that are non – contactable, help Sales Representatives and International Dealerships with an weekly update with fitments stats, attend to the mails and provide accurate feedback and resolve queries , assist with conferencing incoming calls with Branches / Fitment Centers to rebook and ensure fitment is done, Assigning dealer leads to the agents and also assigning queries to the relevant department from the Telesales Supervisor mail box
