Off Campus Coordinator
CurrentThe purpose of this post is to bridge the gap between the Student Housing Office, Service Providers, students and the community and to perform administrative duties to help the office function smoothly and efficiently. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS• Provides advocacy and support for Off-campus accredited properties and students• Assessment of off-campus students' needs and concerns• Partake in Off-campus meetings, activities, functions, events, etc.• Conduct accreditation inspections• Creates and maintains a system to record meeting and interactions with the ASP and students• Develops and maintains a database of students who need assistance• Develop an active, ongoing campaign to support and educate students about off-campus housing• Meet with students to understand and support their needs regarding off campus housing• Mediation between roommates and landlords or property managers• Conduct comprehensive compliance inspections on a quarterly basis and random inspection on a monthly basis.• Record and maintain visitation to the properties• Note and record issues and follow up to see if they have been resolvedAdministrative Functions• Provide support and assistance at the office when requested during registration, events, etc.• Maintain thorough records and prepare all reports as required by the Accreditation Manager and Senior Manager
