Recruitment- Build up and update candidates’ databases on Database tools (Airtable, Trello..)- Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels - Handle the full tech recruitment cycle of Teko. General HR- Responsible for communication and interpretation of HR policies and procedures.- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues- Prepare employees’ review list (end of probation or contract expiration) before each month and arrange meeting and documents between managers and employees- Check attendance monthly and work with parties to resolve when employees lack workdays.- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data- Coordinate with internal tech team to build Leaving Registration System and Booking Meeting Room System- Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for Leaving Registration System- Consult, answer employee’s concern propertly and smoothly- Track stocks of office equipment (PC, Laptop) and stationery, place orders when necessary
