Technology:Java, Spring, Hibernate, Solr, Oracle.I mainly worked in Marketlive team in small teams:+ RAD (Rapid Application Development): We built small GUI modules like Carousel or Quick Look that could be pluggable into the main framework.+ Import/Export Integration Testing Framework: At the time, import/export procedure and result checking usually had to be done manually. I built a framework based on Jenkins to orchestrate many testing components to make sure import/export running well right before each release.+ Maintenance: Though its nature was technically boring, I sometimes was given the task to find out how to improve the system, especially at the Thanksgiving time when some customer sites continuously crashing. Not allowed to touch the main system design, time by time, luckily, I could find out something. They were mainly issues in caching (some overused, some not enough), alert mechanism and SQL optimization.

Splendid developed solutions based on RFID (Radio-frequency identification) technology like warehouse management, time-tracking and attendance, etc... Technology: Java, Hibernate, Tomcat, WebSphere, Mysql.Responsibility:Management tasks included project estimation, progress tracking, etc...Built framework or prototype which to be used and developed by members.Took charge of technical problems, questions, concerns.

Technology: ASP.Net, Browser Add-ins, C++, Javascript, Sql Server.Responsibility:At the time, we tried to develop a social networking and news site which content would be submitted by community members like Reddit + Evernote. We developed the web site in ASP.Net and wrote many add-ins to Microsoft Explorer, Firefox and a bookmarklet tool. Though we have no technical problem, we have no marketing team. So after three year development, we still couldn't attract users to our site and abandoned the project.

Technology:Microsoft .Net, C#, Visual BasicResponsibility: Worked on outsourcing projects: Schooloutfitters.com was a desktop application that replaced the old system developed with Filemaker. The system represented the company’s main business process running topping down from making quotes, filling orders and purchasing to procurement. MAPI: was an add-in to Microsoft Outlook. The project was one part of a bigger project that developed a collaboration system for Critical Path, similar to IBM Domino or Microsoft Exchange. The add-in was to make Outlook understand messages from the Critical Path server.

Technology:Microsoft COM, Microsoft C++, Visual Basic.Responsibility: Worked on outsourcing projects: Learning Management System (LMS): The system was web-based site developed for Flextronics for its internal training purpose. The system was for organizing online and offline classes over many locations. Authoring Tool: That was a tool to help teacher composing online courses that could be imported into the LMS above. We developed it in Visual Basic.
