I am the sole distributor of BUILDSOFT Software from Australia since year 2000 and MudShark Earthwork Estimating Software since year 2012.In year 2011, due to our National eTendering Initiative (NeTI), I met my co-founders who are IT background. With the same vision to transform the work processes in construction industry. Global PCK Solutions Sdn Bhd No: 973124-T was formed in December 2011.We took more than a year to research & development our first product called "BuildSpace Pro". We managed to launch it in 2013. BuildSpace Pro is equipped with International Standard of Bill of Quantities System. It's a Cost Management tool for contractors & consultants which cover the following functions & features;- Rate and Price Library- BQ Preparation & Build-up Rates- Sub-Package & Material Quotation - Tender Comparison Analysis- Progress Claim Management- Variation Order Management- Project Scheduling- Stock & Inventory ControlMany top industry players in Malaysia like our BQ system during that time but unfortunately we don't have a complete etender or procurement solution for the property developer & main contractors. From 2014-2017, we are heavily involved in R&D to develop BuildSpace eProject to provide more complete procurement & contract management solution for the industry. We gather the requirements from top players, developed & simulated with them. Thanks to Gamuda giving us an opportunity to serve them from 2018. We had improved a lot together with Gamuda. We were awarded a contract from Sime Darby Property Berhad in 2021 to Digitalise their procurement work process after competing with some multi national procurement solution providers. It makes BuildSpace further enhanced and equipped with additional new core modules.BuildSpace eProject now is equipped with a complete project procurement & contract management solution not limited to construction industry with the following functions & features;- All the features in BuildSpace Pro- Vendor Management- Consultant Management- Tender Management- Contract Management- Inspection & Defect Management- Cost Data Management- Real-time Executive Dashboard- Document Sharing and CollaborationThe uniqueness of BuildSpace is we can support hundred thousands of BQ item per tender and our BQ based contract management.
