• Led Hill International’s business development efforts for the United States, Canada and the Caribbean.• Responsible for team of 14 regional business development managers, 4 market-specific business development managers and 16 proposals and marketing professionals.• Increased revenue sold 412% from 2009 to 2015 through the implementation of formal sales discipline and training.• Increased win rate 24% from 2009 to 2015 through the implementation of presell strategies and improved client deliverables (qualifications, proposals, presentations, etc.).• Maximized existing ID/IQ contracts, resulting in the creation of $86 million of work from previously underserved clients.• Created new roles to better position Hill to win work, including hiring technical writers, 3D animators, a data manager and a data analyst.• Implemented dynamic reporting through Qlikview, a dashboard tool to organize and visualize CRM data.• Created sales teams based on “initiatives”, including the Native American initiative, Airport initiative and Federal initiative. This resulted in increased sales in each market of 230%, 104% and 82%, respectively. • Created the Major Pursuits Team to focus on the capture of projects with fees greater than $1 million. This resulted in a 108% increase in major pursuit revenue and a 32% increase in major pursuit wins.• Oversaw the integration of sales personnel and project data for four acquired firms.
