Administrator Organize and manage the Company’s Office in all administrative aspects; providing traveling solutions for all personnel, ensure Office maintenance, coordinate and supervise purchasing of all necessary items, etc. Company activities Manage all documents submitted to Headquarter and partners, contracts with suppliersLiaise with relevant individuals and external organizations to arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, summarize information and follow up on action items.Prepare domestic or overseas business trips for team (hotel accommodations, airline tickets, transportation)Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers, guests, clients, and other department’s colleagues Ensure that deadlines, requests, and any other organizational issues are dealt with in a responsive and timely manner.Support to procure entry visas for experts Accounting - related tasks:Assist to manage office spending and track expenses to meet company budget objectives.Monitor employees’ monthly travel expenses (taxi card). Verified expenses conformed to company rules before turning them over to the General Director.Coordinate with accounting department to make payment by transfer or cash for vendors’ monthly invoices.Handle petty cash transactions.Responsible for office management and general office administration activities to ensure operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
