Within the Government Interministerial Network Department with national scope (SCN RIE): ● Managing operations related to the exploitation of the French Government Interministerial Network (RIE) and its associated services, entrusted to service providers of the SCN RIE (national network operators, core network operators, service platform operators, hosting providers) ● In charge of the coordination and efficiency of recurrent operations carried out as part of the delivery of services provided by suppliers and partners ● Monitoring the quality of service of the network and associated services, in accordance with the commitments of the SCN RIE, based in particular on the statistics and indicators composing the SCN RIE dashboards ● Implementing "user reporting" processes powered by the supervision, for the benefit of the chargés de mission "customer relationship" of the SCN RIE ● Proposing action plans leading to the improvement of the service delivery and verification of their implementation by all stakeholders (suppliers, partners, etc.) ● In close connection with the operational divisions of the SCN RIE respectively in charge of: - 24/7 supervising the condition and the quality of services of the RIE and associated services, incident management and maintenance planning, management of security incidents and vulnerabilities (Rennes) - monitoring the delivery of changes and their technical verification (Lyon).

The Control and Information Systems Management Department (DPGSI) of the Directorate-General of Foreign Nationals in France (DGEF) of the French Ministry of the Interior guarantees the development, coherence and proper functioning of information systems within its business areas of competence: visas, residence, asylum, naturalization and deportation. After 6 years working in “Central Functions”, I returned to the business side of things and was nominated in 2008 as Director of the Business Unit which delivers Infrastructure Management Services (IMS: engineering, administration and outsourcing services for servers, networks, security, databases, ERP...). After my first year of responsibility, I contributed to the conception of an ambitious business plan with an objective to increase our profit centre turn-over (260 employees) from 26 M€ to 74 M€ by 2011 reaching 32 M€ in 2009 (which represents 21% of growth) whilst improving the profit margin to 5% (+2 points compared to 2008). The aim is to develop French offers along the same lines as the rest of the Logica international Outsourcing Services division.

Leader of a team of 100 human resources practitioners in a company employing 9,000 people, I put into practice the human resources strategy making our company an “outstanding employer”, I was responsible for the recruitment of 2,150 people (95% qualified to post graduate level, two thirds of whom were young graduates), and the development of HR themes (roles and skills cartography, the performance management system, training, compensation and benefits, etc.), social dialogue and union negotiations (with special reference to the harmonization of the LogicaCMG and Unilog merger).

In 2002, I joined the Human Resources sector acting as head of recruitment. My responsibilities rapidly extended to the whole of the HR operations division which entailed giving directives to the HR Managers and the Personnel Administrators located in the Business Units.

Thanks to my success at project management and business development, I was promoted to manager of the Paris region profit centre working with clients in the Services industry. Seven years spent in this role enabled me to further develop my managerial skills (unit of 250 employees), my sales abilities (responsible for the entertainment sector) and my financial expertise on budget and P&L management.

Following my studies at the “Mines de Douai” engineering school, I began my career as an IT development engineer. I later progressed to the post of analyst and went on to become project manager after only 5 years, heading a team of more than 10 engineers working on a project for a major client from the automobile industry. The relationship that I built with such a prestigious client amongst others led to my passion for business. This experience enabled me to develop sales skills to add to my technical expertise. As a form of recognition, I was nominated as Key Account Manager coordinating the entire team of sales executives and devising the sales strategy.
