* In charge of mass recruitment: office (IT helpdesk, System engineer … ) and customer service, telesales (Topica, Vinamilk, Abbott, Manulife, Viettel, Mobifone, Vinaphone... projects)- Receiving recruiting requests of departments, clients and make recruitment plans to ensure the orders, deadline, quatities and qualified candidates….- Prepare recruitment source and post jobs on appropriate channels by using database, social media, websites, fanpage...- Screen candidates resumes and job applications, shortlist interview via phone and arrange the interview appointments- Conduct interview, discuss and negotiate salary- Announcing the results of the interview, sending the job offer letter to the successful candidate- Input candidates' information into sourcing database- Preparing to welcome new employees- Oriented training, annoucing company rules and solve problems as arising.- Collect and manage effective candidate information.- Report the workflow and results daily, monthly to supervisors.- Assist to training for new team member, intern …- Contact to the universities to send the announcement recuitment and update job fairs- Support team in organizing and operating job fairs- Project recruiment with clients and headhunt task+ Send candidate onboarding lists to Clients according to deadline notified.+ Follow candidate onboarding status to bring backup forward timely.* Source development Task- Search CV through recruitment channels ...and develop source via cold calling to introduce jobs or send mail marketing…- Find out the requirements and desires of various job-seeker to match the opens jobs now and future- Build good image of the company and beliefs to candidates, keep and maintain good relationships with them for further job opportunities.- Prepare the content of job advertisement- Update market information about recruitment situation, propose recruitment program to improve recruitment efficiency.
