- Control and maintain production according to the plan, ensure the quality of output products at Suface treatment - Anodising section.- Co-ordinate with Japanese experts to come up with solutions and improve production processes.- Manage inventory (FIFO) and prepare raw materials for production to ensure sufficient for the production process.- Calculate and arrange suitable personnel for each position and production stage.- Handle and give countermeasures when there is an abnormal problem with the machine.- Make incident reports and periodic reports daily, monthly and annually.- Implement and monitor 5S activities throughout the factory.- Monitor and check product quality daily according to company and ISO standards.
