Quality Assurance Analyst
Current• Responsible for manual testing company applications, developmental platforms and features, and its web-based portal. Leverages A/B testing when necessary.• Automates testing scripts in third-party software for back-end web-based portal using created baseline use cases to ensure no decay is present after updates. Compiles baseline testing sheet to inform client administrations of every release.• Evaluates integrity of platform and application in QA, pre-product, and product environment; tracks application stability through firebase and notifies development team when spikes in performance/crashes occur; and submit and assign bugs as tickets within JIRA to development team for correction and review.• Constructs, schedules, and QAs push notifications and in-app messages using Amazon firebase platform to ensure seamless functionality.• Works and communicates with the content team to ensure company messaging maintains pristine standard of showability and with lead reporter to arrange event tracking data on firebase releases as intended, without flaw.• Acts as a liaison between content, UX, and development teams on matters regarding changes that improve application health and presentation.• Leads team testing meetings for enterprise with executives and associates; creates guides and job aids with testing instructions to help company employees assess company platforms, products, and services; and conducts post-mortems. • Responds to and resolves customer support emails by discussing issues, walking through solutions, and taking notes on possible improvements.• Responsible for researching and upgrading testing devices when new models are released and maintains log of models in employee possession.
