Reduced the cost of stainless steel products by 5% compared to the same period last year, with an average annual supply value of stainless steel materials: 9,000 – 10,000 billion VND, saving an average annual supply cost of 200-300 billion VND.- Control of Orders and Sales Forecasting (Improved accuracy in material demand forecasting to 95%)... Key Person responsible for the deployment and operation of the ERP system SAP S/4HANA (50% of workload)- Acted as a pivotal member during the preparation, implementation, and operational phases of the ERP SAP S/4HANA Cloud system, the most modern and advanced ERP system currently available, into the purchasing, accounting, and inventory management systems of SON HA GROUP (www.sonha.com.vn), deployed by TDI APJ Vietnam. (The total preparation and deployment time was 2 years)- Successfully synchronized data from various data sources and existing software of Son Ha like Excel, Odoo, 1Office, Misa,…- Trained and supported over 200 employees in using the new ERP system for purchasing, accounting, and inventory management activities..- Developed an evaluation system for OKRs, KPIs, BSCs for the Supply Department and advised on integrating it with the performance evaluation system of the entire Group.
