Management units as Administrative (administration of client contracts) Complaints, processing and handling of payments, Postal Department, Archive Services.• Managing a team of approx 100 operators (5 department heads, 12 team leaders) with nationwide coverage• Sponsor of the project to implement document management system (successful implementation from January 2009), applying process changes to support this tool. Setting up an efficient workflow for documents (contracts, letters) in the company. High financial effect of deployed solutions.• The preparation and gradual implementation of changes in the structure of the department towards the three main segments: sales, after-sales support and administration activities. Responsible for further automation of Back Office (scanning and electronic processing of contracts).

Product management of credit cards (Cobrend cards Quatro, Triangel, AMSLICO...) and parameter settings (including loyalty programs).
