Beyond my researches duties I assisted day-night courses across undergraduate-postgraduate programs, and I mentored students about their academic and career plans. Accomplishing the conceptual framework of my Ph.D dissertation, taking a special workshop on ‘starting and writing dissertation’ and auditing bachelor’s and postgraduate degree classes such as ‘executive leadership’, ‘management theory and practice’ and ‘organizational behavior’ were other essential utilizations.
