My specific duties included:Lead Management: I assign lead statuses based on their level of interest and readiness to purchase. Follow up with leads promptly to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.Collaborating with technical teams: I work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.Conducting product demonstrations: I am responsible for demonstrating IT products or solutions to clients, showcasing their features, functionality, and benefits.Building long-term partnerships: I foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This involves regular communication, proactive problem-solving, and continuous improvement of services.

In this role, I was responsible for trained AI datasets and analyzed the target audience's usage habits and lifestyle.Examination of consumer behavior and analysis of consumer groups.Classification of data and creation of artificial intelligence model in 7 different languages.Conducted extensive market research to identify industry trends and potential opportunities.Utilized critical thinking skills to analyze datasets, uncovering valuable insights for strategic planning initiatives.

Promoting brand awareness: I was actively promote the brand on campus by organizing and participating in various marketing activities and events. This includes distributing promotional materials, hosting informational sessions, and engaging with students to generate brand awareness.Building relationships: I established and maintain relationships with students, faculty, and campus organizations to increase brand visibility and create positive brand associations. This involves networking, attending campus events, and collaborating with student groups.

Designing conversational experiences: I was responsible for designing engaging and user-friendly conversational experiences for chatbots. This includes creating conversation flows, defining user journeys, and designing the overall user experience.Understanding user needs: I conducted user research and gather insights to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points. This helps in designing conversational experiences that effectively address user requirements.Defining conversational strategies: I determined the conversational strategies and guidelines for the AI system. This includes setting the tone of the conversation, defining the personality of the AI, and establishing guidelines for handling different user intents and scenarios.
