Women are strong and creative! These qualities are often undervalued because we don't believe in ourselves enough, but we must learn to recognize and celebrate these attributes in order to achieve personal fulfillment as well as to make a positive impact on the world around us.I see it as my role to help women connect the dots between how they feel about themselves and their physical, mental well-being and social contributions.
