Provision of hospitality investment advisory services to the sub-Saharan African market, involving mainly preparation of market and financial analysis of the development opportunities for hotel and leisure projects. Carried out market research and prepared reports for hotel markets in Nigeria (Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt and other secondary cities), Ghana (Accra, Takoradi). Also reports on Golf and MICE Industries in Nigeria. ∙ Constantly keeping abreast and monitoring hotel development in Sub Sahara Africa. Co-founded HOT Network Africa (Hospitality and Tourism Network Africa), now Hospitality Collective Africa (HCA) developing tool and networking platform for young professionals in the hospitality and tourism industry. Key Projects included -Calabar International Conference Centre (Opened in 2015) – Designed research materials for the project including work plan and questionnaires. - Conducted an exploratory study on the MICE market in Nigeria and a Supply and Demand Analysis on major Conference Centres in Sub-Saharan Africa and project conceptualization for the Conference Centre-Hotel Roll-Out Development Project (Ongoing) - An extensive six-month feasibility project - Designed a Lodging Market Potential Index which was used in selecting 15 cities from a possible 45 cities for the roll-out project. - Carried out feasibility studies across the selected 15 cities including Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Benin , Calabar, Ibadan, Ilorin, Asaba, Kaduna etc . - Project conceptualization which was location specific from budget hotel to mid-tier market hotel . Other feasibility projects include –Proposed international branded hotels to open in Lagos, Abuja and Accra (2015-2018) Proposed mixed- use developments in Lagos, Abuja and Accra (2015-2018)
