● Led The Future Awards Africa, an initiative to spotlight and celebrate outstanding young Africans. - sponsorships, nominees search and review, partnership liaison, award event production, post awards etc.● Lead the creation of new programs in support of overall sustainability strategy in partnership with relevant stakeholders.●Cultivates diverse and high-level networks and relationships and engage with policymakers and relevant stakeholders (NGOs, governments, inter-governmental organisations, human rights bodies and donors) on the projects around youth development across Africa. ●Provides strategic leadership and vision and represents The Future Project in international, regional, or national meetings to advance the organisational objectives.●Identifies and solicits funds by engaging businesses, charitable foundations, or other sources to support socially impactful activities.● Managed a portfolio of strategic sustainability initiatives and programs across Africa, identifying gaps and proposing solutions.● Played a leading role in conceptualising new developmental projects, project execution, fundraising and leading the Project Teams to ensure that all initiatives goals are achieved.● Led the strategic implementation of programs and conducted regular reviews to evaluate compliance with program requirements.● Developed and sustained international and local partnerships- built and managed strategic alliances with credible and reliable Implementing Partners.● Led the team in the management of various employment initiatives such as The Future Enterprise Support Scheme programmes, Accelerate Labs and Ford Foundation prize for youth employment.

● Prepared concept notes and grant proposals and coordinated the fundraising strategy to raise money for various projects.● Led the strategic initiatives and directed all facets of the projects from planning to execution- creative development and oversight, project scheduling, budget management, media and press relations, resource management, monitoring, reporting and documentation.● Developed and implemented processes and KPIs to monitor Country and State Representatives and Volunteer’s performance, to ultimately push the project teams to operate more efficiently across 29 Nigerian States and 13 African Countries.● Responsible for leading the impact and partnership function- managed relationship with project partners and vendors, developing and monitoring the impact measurement framework and its implementation. ● Participated and supervised the successful execution of every stage of the project and came up with ways to measure progress.

● Oversaw every aspect of the programme- daily operations, researching to find individuals who fit the set criteria, screenwriting, etc.
