I grew up around tech, my father had a big influence as the Director of Technology for companies like GE. He always said, "Programming is where the future is headed. Be a developer because almost everything will be digitally automated in the future." So, I didn't quite live up to my Dad's aspiration for me of being a programmer. However, other programmers have told me that I'm pretty knowledgeable compared to other technical recruiters they've met in the past. I am passionate about finding and attracting the best talent for our projects, ranging from midsize to Fortune 100 companies, and ensuring that they have a rewarding and fulfilling career at Callibrity.My area of expertise includes technical recruiting and sourcing for a wide range of technologies, such as Full Stack Development, Web Services, Business Intelligence, and many more. I also have a strong background in sales, social media, and talent acquisition management, which enables me to partner with the leadership team and the clients to develop and implement effective talent management and hiring strategies.
