I guide mid-level engineers and junior in creating cutting-edge technologies.A few of noteworthy contributions in this tenure include:• Spearheaded implementation of full hydraulic power unit integration without facility shutdown.• AB15 MPP Replacement: Executed EEAL strategy to replace MPP scope with TLP A well works by collaborating with Angola National Petroleum and Gas - Regulator (ANPG) via technical clarifications and presentations• AB17 Gir Lifex SBORE: Assisted Angola OBO team through SBORE exercise that provided UOG management and EM management committee to grant FID to AB17 Girrasol Life Extension Project.• Complete Subsea Operations and Surveillance Technical Skills update for levels 1 to 4, which it will impact all Subsea job family. Maintained consistency in regards to workforce skill assessment and supported company in taking care of their most important resources.• Resident ROV Study; Liaised with RTDD team to analyze Vendor solutions for resident ROV.• Led new technologies, processes, and solutions, led staff capability development, delivered project/opportunity support, provided advisory services, and served as Subsea IMR Global Program Coordinator.• Achieved GSAD vision and goals by negotiating with multiple Affiliate engineers and EMTEC leaders.• Encouraged young engineers to identify and capitalize various opportunities.• Supervised various formal and informal mentoring activities.

During this role, I spearheaded Dikanza Multiphase Pumps Project in line with set guidelines. I created project specifications associated with bid. Led Angola Block 15 Redevelopment Project. I coordinated with vendors for clarifications during RFQ process. I steered development of RFQE package. I carried out project concept selection.A few of noteworthy contributions in this tenure include:• Spearheaded AB15 SR Project in compliance with set guidelines:• Managed Project Concept selection after several changes caused by subsurface incertitude.• Led Project FEED - relevant results were the hybrid jumper study for Mar-108 opportunity and EEAL Subsea Equipment Spare workshops.• Completed Kizomba A Master Controls System Upgrade FEED.• Saved up to $90M by carrying out inspection and re-certification of EEAL stock equipment at OEM's yards.• Formulated technical documents for bid package (MEL, PDB and Layout Drawings).

I streamlined subsea offshore operations to ensure seamless working. I accomplished bottom-line results by guiding junior subsea engineers. I updated subsea equipment by resolving complex issues in timely manner.A few of noteworthy contributions in this tenure include:• Set a benchmark of excellence by leading production projects on Kizomba B field including subsea master controls system upgrade, obsolescence stud, and subsea tree conversion.• Drove live HPU Extension Integration Work (for both Kizomba B and Mondo) up-on EPC contractor de-scopes.• Oversaw commissioning of Dik-119 Well installation.• Supervised Kizomba B SCM change out campaign to meet set targets.• Devised subsea distribution scope during KSP2 Project Assignment.• Restored Kizomba B subsea production after Black Out shut down.• Executed quarterly topside controls monitoring and maintenance.• Performed Cameron Controls Obsolescense Evaluation.

I drove subsea distribution equipment final detail engineering. I carried out umbilical ancillary equipment procurement. I provided fabrication and offshore installation assistance.
