Coordinates all phases of Hot Tapping&Plugging operations processes on Oil & Gas pipelines. Scheduling HT&P technicians job (14 technician in charge) and HT&P equipment. Strong involvement in the HSE processes (risk assessments, safety survey's, inspection's, safety meeting's, participation in accident's investigations). Analysis and preparation of statistical data for each technician (Utilization rate, etc).

In this role 13 Hot taps & Plugging operation in West Siberia region were made. Gained experience in maintenance of most types of TDW HT&P equipment. On this position 6 Hot Taps in West Siberia region were managed turnkey.

Preparation of project documentation, method statements. Conduct technical meetings with customers. Organization of operational processes on cleaning of tanks & reservoirs. Development of technological solutions on most effective methods of tank & reservoirs cleaning operations.

Cleaning tanks & reservoirs as a field technician, from crude oil sediments.
