After a rich experience spanning 25 years in Food, Television, Films and Senior Living, I am now a Digital Coach with the mission to help 100K Inner Yogis through the wisdom of Yogasutra, Ayurveda and Vedanta. I have first class Bachelors degree in Philosophy. Trained Yoga TTC from Sivanand Peetham and Bihar School of yoga. Trained as an Ayurvedic chef and Ayurvedic Lifestyle coaching with Dr David Frawley.In my other avatar, worked in most aspects of the broadcast media - from directing and producing content (nearly 250 hours) to managing and marketing it. I set up the Television Time Buying at Ogilvy and Rediffusion Advertising agencies in the 90s Worked with Sony Entertainment Television where I helped launch the UK and US channels apart from handling the non fiction programming of the Indian channel.Headed Senior Living with Ashiana Housing Ltd and consult on new upcoming senior living projects.
