Management of the Centre - ensuring daily operational functioning of the Centre including the following: maintaining business and administrative systems, Centre user interface and community member training assistance, providing input on budget, expenditure and maintain the Centre’s financial records, ensure records are updated on the membership information database, handle queries and assist with technical support, manage customer/user service, ensure that health and safety protocols are implemented, provide project management support for community projects, ensure the Human Resource requirements are adhered to, manage and coordinate the E-Centre’s Events like Graduations , the implementation of the relevant policies (i.e. Asset, Finance, Procurement, Administrative and Risk Management) are attended in order to meet service Governance requirements including the Management of the ECentre Staff. Facilitate Training to Candidates for Basic Computer Literacy Training and E-Learner.
