Actively managed all functions related to HR and Administration, mainly in: recruitment, compensation and benefits, job descriptions. Giving full support to the HR Director during the collective bargaining periods with the trade union Petrol-Is. Managed the company car pool, health & accidence and propertiy insurances.- Built and ran the assessment center for selecting the regional sales managers together with sales managers and expert from the headquarters.- Worked on implementing the HAY Job Evaluating System in Bayer Turkey.- Established a standard structured interview questionnaire for selecting the sales representatives. - Introduced for the first time the private health insurance program for the white collars as additional benefit.- Introduced Shell vehicle recognition system for the company vehicles.- Made all the analysis and preparation for the collective bargaining. Participated in all the bargaining discussions with the trade union member, together with company lawyer and HR Director.- Contributed to establish the work peace without any strike over the years.- Prepared an application in MS Access Database for managing administrative procedures.
