As of yesterday, I am a retired aeronautical engineer. For the last 32+ years, I have enjoyed working in different disciplines of aeronautical engineering. Lead the technical and project management related activities of Turkey's very first gas turbine engines. Performed design and stress analysis activities. Involved in every aspect of project both as an engineer and project coordinator.

• Conducted ASIP activities for TuAF F-4Es. A computer program has been developed for F-4E Fleet tracking. F-4 ASIP relies on the counting accelerometers, which were installed in each individual aircraft. The computer program was built to detect the healthiness of the data (including several diagnostic logics) and to calculate the Damage Index value of the aircraft.

• Conducted F-16 Fleet/Force Management activities for TuAF F-16 C/Ds. System Maintenance, Individual Aircraft Tracking, and Loads/Environment Spectra Survey Reports for F-16 Fleet were generated by using the recorded Crash Survivable Flight Data Recorder (CSFDR) AMU and NVM data. These data were recorded via an on-board Data Acquisition System provided by MOOG-ESPRIT. Typical briefing and de-briefing form formats have been prepared and a formal training has been provided to the pilots to inform them on the purpose of the project and how to fill-out the forms. To ensure that some types of missions flown, run-cards that are indicating certain flight profiles have been prepared and instructed to the pilots. 715 F/H of valid flight data has been collected and processed to obtain the stress-to-load ratios to be used the stress spectrum development for each FCL. Coordinated conceptual design activities of Turkish Basic Jet Trainer-YUNUS. The purpose of the project was to perform conceptual design activities of a single engine, twin seat, sub-sonic basic jet trainer, and initiate an in-country activity to design and build such an aircraft by utilizing local know-how and facilities. Over the years, HURKUS has been started and accomplished exactly the same path defined in the project report.
