• Ensure safety and reliability of LPG systems and customers using LPG systems• Carry out operational risk analysis for LPG systems on customer site and take necessary cautions for risk mitigation• Ensure all personnel in the after sales service organization is well trained and qualified to perform their duties• Enhance customer satisfaction by resolving technical problems.• Develop continuously value added services to enhance the after sales service experience and create cost reduction in after sales service• Formulate and control after sales service budget• Management of service team responsible for installing, troubleshooting and calibration of Mass-Flowmeters • Management of relations with Arçelik A.Ş, which gives service for Aygaz gas appliances,• Conduct and/or organise technical trainings for Aygaz personnel. • Auditing of Aygaz Technical Service Team• Auditing of Assembling & Commissioning, Periodic Control & Troubleshooting services for LPG Systems • Evaluating and reporting Technical Service performance• Preparing presentations & instructions concerning with LPG and LPG operations;• Technical complaint handling and improving the LPG systems • Support sales & marketing projects where technical issues are involved.• Support sales department by customer visits (on site)• Research & Trial of new products and new subcontractors for LPG Systems• Preparing price lists for the services supplied by subcontractors;• Plan, develop and monitor requalification of LPG tanks• Ensure availability of spare parts for servicing in time• Interpretation of standards and technical procedures concerning LPG and LPG systems• Management of contracts between Aygaz and technical service teams, subcontractors, and suppliers• Take part in Internal Audits
