Overseeing a 20+ team of talented hairdressers and stylists, my role as Assistant Manager contributed towards the seamless operation of the salon on a day-to-day basis. I was responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving any client concerns promptly and professionally, as well as inventory management that included overseeing the record of sales and client appointments. I provided proficient training to our talented cadre of staff, supervising their work and scheduling of shifts all whilst continuing onboarding training and implementing feedback when necessary. Furthermore, the position involved me ensuring that the salon is clean, organised and compliant with health and safety regulations, creating an inviting space where clients and staff fell welcomed and valued.
