Use of local design led to employment of 4300 local workers/per month and 130 M direct hire man hours.♦ Directed, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing multiple tasks and projects.

Sections 1&3 , Croatia♦ Handled management of direct hire & S/C2s Drainage & Culvert construction project.♦ Ensured best coordination between client, Croatian Highways and other Croatian authorities to provide highest standards of quality, schedule and client satisfaction♦ Changed drainage system from cast in situ concrete pipes to PEHD pipes for waters evacuating. This was a first time in Enka motorway projects. Enabled cost& execution period reduction while increasing quality and safety aspects. This application became a success and further used in other Enka projects.
