My basic responsibilities were as follows: Developing sales strategies, penetrating new markets and maintaining overall profitability and managing the sales team. Guiding simulations team to create right simulations with Demo3D software an sales team presents the simulation to the customer. I also get support from our suppliers to get the best possible solution for our customers. Once the right solution is ready, simulation is completed and quotation is created we are ready to serve our proposal to customer. It is also my job to make the final controls and get the approval from GM for high budget projects.Dedem Mechatronics is the leading intralogistics and materials handling solutions provider in Turkey. Dedem manufactures conveyors (roller, chain etc.) provides conveyor systems (Intralox, Flexlink, Flexmove, Interroll), sorters, elevators and robotic packing and palletizing solution for end of line. Dedem is the official exclusive partner of Rite-Hite industrial safety and efficiency equipment, Caljan telescopic conveyors, EK Automation AGV's and Sigmatek PLC&Motion&Drive. We are also partner of KUKA robots and Mias stacker cranes (for AS/RS systems).

AIT Gohner is the biggest integrator and system partner or Cognex in Europe. It is based in Stuttgart, Germany. Our core business was developing tailor-made solutions for "Guidance, Inspection, Gauging, Identification" basically using Cognex smart cameras and other equipment and also developing the necassary software applications. At AIT Gohner I developed a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Turnover was tripled two times during my period.I also initiated and coordinated the development of action plans to penetrate new markets. The number of our customers were increased by a factor of five during my period. We also maintained and improved the business with existing customers.Controlling the expenses to meet budget guidelines was another part of my job. I increased profitability by manufacturing lightings locally. This helped us gain new customers.

My role was developing and deploying robotic applications with 4-axis (SCARA) and 6-axis robotic arms using Staubli VAL3 programming language and VALProducts. I was also responsible for providing advanced and novice robotics trainings for engineers, technicians and students. Projects: Palletizing, Machine Tending, Pick & Place, Plastic and Aluminium IMM, Bin picking projects, Conveyor Tracking applications and Vision application using Cognex cameras.

My role was developing software applications and leading the software team.Our team developed web and mobile applications as a part of digitalization project. Our client was a leading cargo company. The solution was providing complete digitalization and automation of manual data entry process of the whole operation. To develop the solution Asp.Net (C#) and SQL-Server are used with multi-tier architecture. AJAX(Live Controls) is used for user interfaces to provide more responsive UI.

Asp.Net (C#) and SQL-Server are used in multi-tier architecture. VIVIS: Small scale SCADA application using GPRS for data transmission. C# and SQL-Server are used in multi-tier architecture with a multithreaded structure.

My role was developing software applications. I am have developed a web based solution for managing the distribution of POP materials for Credit Card marketing business of commercial banks. The application had web and mobile interface for field data entry and windows application for team management and reporting. VB.NET was used for development and MS-SQL was used a database.
