Provide input to management regarding junior staff performance.  Develop and create images for all models of laptops and desktops. Develop, create, and deploy Windows 7 to all client machines. Manage all computer equipment in the EOC (Emergency Operation Center) for emergency testing and emergency situations.  Manage and implement projects as assigned.
