Some of my key achievements have included:• Analyzing the existing use of the Procurement Business System and developing/implementing process improvements that corrected inefficiencies and made the system more compliant and user-friendly while also expanding use of the system for purchasing services/supplies company-wide for 40,000 employees globally. • Successfully managed and completed a major IT project that developed and implemented processes used to transfer purchasing data from Ariba to the Oracle Enterprise Data Warehouse. • Finished another IT project that enabled the Accounts Payable Department to post invoices more accurately in Ariba using "pre populated" forms that significantly increased efficiency. • Performed data mining for audit and research using Ariba and Hyperion. • Created specialized reporting to meet specific customer and department needs.
