A self-starter and holds a master of Development studies, with specialisation in Development Policy and Management. I am a trained, Programme Manager from MDF_ESA, Monitoring & Evaluation practitioner from MS_TCDC, Data analyst and Budget manager from UMI, a fellow and trained Rights Based programmer from Danish Institute of Human Rights (DIHR) and Human Rights Education Associates (HREA) respectively. Cumulatively, I possess 13 years of diverse expertise and experience in Humanitarian Response & Development Programmes development, Multi-sector Programme Management, Organisational Leadership, including other specifics like Cash Based Interventions, M&E, Quality & Accountability and Operations management. In an equal measure I have undertaken diverse Organisational Development (OD) and Partnership Management and Coordination & networking experience. On the other hand, i have managed and implemented humanitarian response, early recovery and development interventions in protracted conflict context including the rolling out of organisational commitments such as Innovative programming, Core Humanitarian Standards, and Humanitarian Accountability Partnership among others. Furthermore, am a trained Danish Human Rights Institute Fellow as a Rights Based Programmer in Copenhagen, Demark and a member of the Human rights education associates. Other membership networks includes YARD, SINIA and PHAP.
