Hey everyone, I’m Tom Thelen, lead author of Mental Health 101 for Teens. During the pandemic, my team and I started a new 501c3 nonprofit called Reset Schools. We partner with K-12 schools to teach kids, teens, parents, and educators positive coping skills for stress and anxiety.
