I have been working as a Purchasing / Procurement Engineer of Plastic Parts in Hyundai Assan Procurement Division. My work scope could be stated under two titles; Purchasing and SPM.Purchasing : • Running supplier selection activities ( Sourcing & RFQ Stages )• Quotation analysis for part and part molds• Driving temporary price and mass price • EO change price update• Implementing yearly part price efficiency ( Cost Reduction )• Cost reduction studies ( VE Activities etc.)• Regularly raw material price change update• Performing reimbursement studies• Investment payment studies ( Mold, Jig and Fixtures Calculation and payment for logistic & planning expenses ( Dead Stock, Excess Stock and Balance Out )• Localization studies for outsource parts ( Cost Saving & Improvement Part logistic )SPM & Supplier Chain Management :• Driving the studies to ensure smooth SOP at Suppliers by leading multi-divisional teams such as Desing, Quality, Production Control • Supporting all production preparation stages by mutual agreement and understanding with suppliers• Ensuring plans conform to Quality, Capacity and Master Schedule of project• Clarify company requirements for QA, PC and SPM in accordance with Master Activity Plan Clarify the procedures of by stating the actions and expectations of QA, PC and SPM Departsmentss• Milestones reviews by doing regular audits• Identifying and solving problems relating to parts manufacture of Production Tool and Process, confirming that supplier's process can achieve production quality ( Zero Defect )
