My second internship experience was in the field of Design Engineering. During this period, I had the opportunity to work on complex mechanisms and machine designs using SolidWorks. I was actively involved in every stage of the design process and gained in-depth experience in both assembly and simulation processes.In the production unit, I observed how wires and mechanisms are assembled and conducted detailed analyses to understand how these processes could be optimized. I learned how the SolidWorks PDM module operates and used this knowledge to create technical drawings for mechanisms, wires, and subcomponents. Additionally, I performed the assembly of mechanisms and wires within the SolidWorks assembly module, enhancing my practical application skills.

I completed my compulsory internship at Hipsan in the field of machining.During this period, I gained practical skills by using machine tools such as lathes and hand drills.I observed and experienced the machining and production processes.I had the opportunity to closely examine and apply how machine parts are produced through machining.I developed my skills in working with CAD/CAM software and in reading and interpreting technical drawings.I understood the importance of teamwork by collaborating with experienced engineers and technicians.I analyzed and solved problems encountered in the production process.At the end of the internship, I demonstrated an increase in process efficiency through the reports and presentations I prepared.This experience allowed me to gain a deep understanding of the production process and develop my engineering skills.
