Founded and currently managing Streamline as an Interactive Design and Growth Strategy Consultancy, specializing in data-driven CRO, user acquisition and retention projects in Ecommerce vertical. Designed and produced numerous Ecommerce platforms, mobile applications and other technology projects for fast-growing startup brands. Created a unique growth strategy framework and executed it for numerous Ecommerce startups, constantly achieving 10X growth within a 12-18 period.

Directly led the design of Monger's proprietary shopping platform and members-only rewards program as a fintech product. Setup and run a very comprehensive UX/UI design process, developed a design system for responsive web and mobile, hired and managed the workflow of a team designers. Implemented a new system to deliver designs & production assets to development team and act as liaison between all the departments for anything product related. Organized a customer development process to get direct feedback from early adopter customers and run user testing on scale periodically. Been primarily responsible for product strategy, new feature ideation, design, development and very high level strategic pivoting decisions. Designed and implemented experimentations and funnel ideas to drive growth. Implemented a custom analytics funnel and A/B testing solutions to manage and improve shopping conversion rate, increasing it from 0.4% to 3%+. Assisted the marketing team with email automation and various marketing campaign features. Led the content marketing initiatives and PR reachout efforts to support organic traffic. Designed a custom backend system to streamline company operations, including inventory management, order processing, price matching, data management and vendor relations.
