Through my 10 years of lab experience with DTS, I have learned many technical skills such as Titration, Pipetting, use of UV/Vis Spectrophotometer, standardise solutions and calibration of balance, pipette, and spectrophotometer. My role as a team leader for the past 4 years has strengthen my organisational and interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, and managing skills. The team leader role has also taught me how to delegate, and share the responsibilities with team members. This team leader role has also provided me the opportunity to improve my management and leadership skills while running day-to-day operations with a high client focus and a high attention to detail to every aspect. The biggest achievement as a team through the last 4 years was being able to increase the turn around time from 85-90% to 98-99%, and able to reach KPI most of the time.
