• Manage multiple non-clinical study projects (e.g. general toxicology, DART, DDI, PK/ADME, animal efficacy) of company's late stage oncology small molecule TKI product (Clinical Phase III - NDA phase) • Lead a company's internal drug discovery program (lead identification, optimization, preclinical development, IND) for inflammatory diseases• Perform a technical evaluation on outside products for business partnership (co-development, license-in)• Support clinical strategy design and laboratory works of clinical trials
